  Recently moved from Kansas City where BBQ is king to Fenton...where it really isn't.
  I picked up a 1/2 slab and the half chicken. Flavor was great for both! Spot on. The meat was a bit over done and the meat fell apart...but I can overlook that.
  
  The Sauce was average. Not bad, not great. I did keep the small containers for a rainy day though.
  
  Their setup was great too, very easy for a dinner run to grab & go.

  WAY BETTER than any other BBQ around within a 50 radius. I'm a life-long BBQ connoisseur who knows a thing a two about what makes great BBQ. This family has what it takes...skill, patience and knowledge. It may just be a roadside stand, but I would dare to put this BBQ against the biggest and baddest! Don't just pass this place up...everything is done perfectly!
