  We went on Friday night so things were busy. We were told they didn't have any bacon when they brought out our meal? I had a soda spilled all over my lap as well as the table. The waiter can back with napkins so I could clean up his mess. The bill came and I would have expected some adjustment to our bill, especially because my khaki pants were stained, but nothing. I felt sorry for the waiter and told him I wanted to talk to a manager about our visit to see what she could do. She came over and said she would help with the bill ... she took off $1 for the meal missing bacon and credited my soda?
  I think this place needs new management! Food was average and service was horrible!

  I am normally a big fan of O'Charleys, but this particular restaurant was awful. The Caesar salad barely had any dressing on it, the lettuce itself was wilting and tasted it as though it had not been washed, The buns are brought haphazardly with the butter dish spilling over into the bowl, and to top everything off the soup is cold in the potatoes weren't cooked all the way. To make matters even worse our server clearly hated her life and her job. With a pushy sales pitch and constantly asking us if we want to desert or the check, she obviously had no skills with serving people. If I could've given the zero stars I would have, do not go to this restaurant.
